Orders are shipped from the facility closest to the customer’s address whenever possible to ensure faster delivery and dependable supply.
Our wood pellets are packaged in durable 40 lb bags designed for easy handling and storage. Each bag is sealed to protect the pellets from moisture and maintain product quality during transport and storage.
Each pallet contains 50 bags, with each bag weighing 40 lb, for a total of 2,000 lb (1 ton) per pallet. Pallets are securely wrapped to ensure safe transportation and storage.
A full trailer load contains 24 pallets, providing a total of 48,000 lb (24 tons) of wood pellets. Trailer loads are commonly ordered by distributors, farms, and commercial customers.
Pellets should be stored in a dry, covered area away from moisture. Keeping the bags sealed and off the ground helps maintain pellet quality and ensures optimal burning performance.
